Artwork: In Search of the Beatific Flowers

Size:  3.5 x 1.5 m

Lead Artists: UUendy Lau

Assistant Painter: Irene

Concept: The idea of the mural design started with a simple narrative of the Ant Family looking for beatific flowers in nature. The workshops hope to improve students' physical and mental wellbeing by enhancing their learning initiative and appreciation for arts, encouraging them to participate in art activities as well as enhancing students' creative thinking, expression skills and knowledge in arts through artist-led workshops and mural paintings.

The 5-day workshop conducted with students helped beautify school campus and facilities for a positive learning environment and a stronger sense of belonging. It also facilitated collaborations between artists, students and teachers.
