THE PROUD OVERTHINKER is an art zine and gentle ‘reading companion’ that honours the intricate, beautiful and sometimes maddening way our minds work. Overthinking, often seen as a flaw, is actually a precious privilege in today’s world of constant distraction because it requires freedom, time and energy to truly engage with our inner thoughts.

“OVERTHINK” is a narrative illustration series that embraces and celebrates the often-stigmatised inclination to overthink. Made into a range of daily items including clothing, tea towels and greeting cards, the collection is a gentle reminder to ourselves that sometimes it’s perfectly okay to linger a little longer and indulge in overthinking, simply because we want to.
