KFBG Membership Programme

2023 | Key Visual Revamp & Map | Kadoorie Farm and Botanic Garden

PROJECT BACKGROUND

We are invited by Kadoorie Farm and Botanic Garden (KFBG) in Hong Kong to revamp their membership programme visual identity. The art concept portrays the connections between humans, animals and plants, where they support each other to grow a greener living system, paralleling and fostering the growth of our environment.

CREATIVE CONCEPT

Hong Kong’s natural landscape is known for its rich biodiversity, with wildlife flourishing even in the heart of the concrete jungle. In this visual revamp project, we have featured several local indigenous animals such as Chinese Pangolin and Masked Palm Civet that KFBG has rescued or is currently offering care through their rehabilitation programme, in addition to showing some of the native plants inhabiting in the Garden, including Begonia Hongkongensis, HK Slipper Orchid, Uvaria and more.

The new graphics are being used for various promotion items, such as welcoming folders, pamphlets, membership cards and vouchers.

THE PAMPHLET & MAP

The leaflet serves as a gateway to Kadoorie Farm and Botanic Garden, giving visitors and new stakeholders a comprehensive introduction.

Unfold the first two pages to dive into a short narrative complemented by intricate illustrations of four scenarios about co-building a more sustainable ecosystem for our planet. Flipping to the back, you will find a map of the expansive 148-hectare Garden, along with nine fun facts and stories, each illustrated through drawings, stylised figures or dialogue boxes.

Dimension: 560 x 420mm
